About Us
Memosine Studio was born from the creative mind of Alessia Cranco, a Florentine designer and entrepreneur
Growing up playing among the fabrics of her father’s clothing company, she completed her training at the Polimoda Design Institute in Florence and made her way into the fashion world working first in Pucci and then back into the family business, which has been operating in the field of design and production for forty years in the design and production for major international brands.
The mix between the love for classic style and influences of Asian and Middle Eastern origin, combined with attention to the quality of details and fabrics, give life to garments that shine in a unique and modern.
ABOUT THE BRAND
“Out of time, time of space”
The nameMemosine comes from the name of the Greek goddess Mnemosine, goddess of memory.
We believe that memory, past and history are essential in our lives and, as a result, we try to convey them within the heads of our brand.
The Greek mythology, always rich in precious suggestions and references always current, contributes and inspires the Mnemosine’s collections:for this reason our collections are enriched by references to Greek mythology, starting from the names of the female figures of the latter up to the silhouette of our styles
Memosine’s s garments are characterized by simple lines that enhance the figure and are enriched with buttons, ribbons and embroidery that give them a fun twist.
In this way we celebrate women and femininity taking inspiration from different cultures and different eras, creating a meeting point between past and present.
The fabrics used are composed exclusively of natural fibers and, through the use of quality materials, are designed to last over time, in full respect of the environment.
Our goal is to create garments thatcan be part of a woman’s wardrobe for yearsand refer to a timeless charm.
